Training Programs - Level III: Trainer and Program Designer Preparation (30 hrs + Practicum modules + Practice Video + Program Design Project)

Experienced Strategies and Skills Learning and Development (SSLD) practitioners are often involved in designing new programs and in training other practitioners. This training module is focused on preparing practitioners in research and development as well as training the practitioners. The program involves more in-depth exploration of theoretical and conceptual issues, and specific modules on advanced practice issues, program design, research and development, evaluation, training of SSLD practitioners, supervision and consultation. Participants can choose to qualify as a program designer, trainer, and/or supervisor.
